290 Davidson Avenue was built as part of the Somerset Grove office park in Franklin Township of Somerset County, New Jersey. 290 Davidson boasts 456,000 square feet of corporate office space, surrounded by lush landscaping. It sits on 34 acres of natural wooded land and open park space.

The building has dramatic architectural lines that are contoured to the site. The site utilizes a crescent shaped parking lot, which is served by ring roads. Even during peak hours, the roads provide an efficient flow of traffic to the public streets via boulevard-style entrances and exits.

290 Davidson Avenue - Architecture Past tenants include: City Federal Savings Bank, the Resolution Trust Corporation, predecessor to the FDIC, AT&T Resource Management Corporation, and most recently, the Mack-Cali Realty Corporation.

290 Davidson Avenue has received a building of the year award from the Building Owners and Managers Association.
