SkyeLine Studio, LLC specializes in marketing, writing and website design.
“The majority of our work is web design,” says Skye MacBroom. “Jim’s the techie between the two of us. He designs, codes, and manages the search engine optimization (SEO). I consult on the site’s design, but my main job is as a writer. I’ll provide copy editing, interview staff for their bios, write company profiles, and focus on the branding of the corporate message. Our skill sets are a good combo for web design.”
SkyeLine also provides full service marketing programs for companies who need a Marketing Department To Go, but don’t need a full-time in-house marketing staff.
"You don’t have to pay our benefits or vacation time, and you get a team of marketing professionals who can design and maintain your website, create your brochures, print your business cards, do all of your writing, design your ads, coordinate your trade show needs, you name it. It’s a great package for medium sized companies,” explains Jim DeMicco.
SkyeLine has a special niche in grassroots promotions. Whether it’s running a Facebook contest, managing a special give-away to promote your business, or designing, writing and distributing a newsletter, the potential for grassroots marketing is unlimited.
Skye began as in traditional boutique PR representing corporate clients and high-profile personalities in the media. “Within the first few months, Skye landed spreads in Fortune Small Business, Coastal Living, and Bridal Guide. It was an exciting time,” explains DeMicco. “These national glossies led Skye to bigger and brighter opportunities.”
SkyeLine still offers press release writing, but for the most part MacBroom has transitioned her PR background into freelance writing, working as a contributing writer for a national trade magazine.
“We love what we do. SkyeLine is always on the lookout for new clients who are as passionate about their businesses as we are.” The Skye’s the limit.
The office of SkyeLine is nestled in the woodsy foothills of Litchfield County, in the quaint town of Wolcott, Connecticut. “We can get into Manhattan or Boston in less than two hours and we’re a short drive to the airport so we can jet down to our clients in Jacksonville, D.C., or Denver,” says MacBroom. Have suitcase, will travel!
